Shameer Ismail is the Founder and Director of ACCOVEY. He is an experienced finance professional with over 15 years’ combined experience in public practice and the private sector.
He brings a wealth of experience gained while working with a wide range of clients, including listed entities, large proprietary companies, small proprietary companies, and not-for-profit organizations.
Prior to Accovey, Shameer worked at Ernst & Young in the Audit & Assurance and Global Compliance & Reporting divisions in Australia. He also has extensive private sector experience in Australia, having worked with leading organizations including Cleanaway Waste Management, Thiess, John Holland, Ventia, and CIMIC Group.
He holds a very strong level of commitment to becoming a successful member of the community through helping others with accounting.

Our Process
Stage 1
Input and Planning
- Accovey will issue requirements listing to outline information required to assist with the preparation of the financial statements.
- Our client will return the information requested along with an electronic copy of required Trial Balances.
Stage 2
Process
- Using your system or our system, Accovey will assist in preparing the financial statement including the relevant notes and disclosures.
- Accovey will assist in technical review of the report including a review of supporting files.
- Check balances reported in the financial statement to client working files.
Stage 3
Output
- Deliver version 1 of the financial report and assist identifying outstanding information and any compliance concerns.
- Deliver draft / updated draft financial statements until financial statements are finalised/signed

At the initial stage it will be free trial and there will be no fees charged at during the trial phase. Once our client is satisfied by our services been rendered a fee can be negotiated which will be mutually beneficial for both parties.
